Minutes from last meeting on WEB-no changes recorded

CHAMPIONSHIP DAY REVIEW-Great job by Issaquah and the Jim's!! Quite a bit more fans than in recent years so good job by systems for providing visibility. 4 teams still show owing for video (Kirkland Juanita Rookies, Kirkland LW J.V., Univac Varsity, Skyline Semi Pro).

REFEREE and FIELD FEE REVIEW-attachment handed out at meeting shows some teams still owing, but not much.

WINTER MEETING/COMMITTEE WORK-Semi pro committee work added this year headed by Bears (Ed R.)and Bothell, Divisions for next year - Wolverines, 8 min. quarter - Univac, Field Managers - Five Star. Seahawks/Huskies games will remain with those from last year (Kirkland, Redmond and Issaquah). Those systems not volunteering for work will be assigned. Major Issues to look at include 8 minute stop clock quarters for rookies/cubs and limits on players per level (possibly splitting earlier than now). At system level, better field management and divisions for next year.

ELECTION OF 2000 OFFICERS: All Approved by unanimous vote. John Veentjer (Pres.), Mike Pattison (VP) and J. Paul Manjarrez (Sec.)

CALENDAR FOR 2001-on website at high level. Will be updated by new regime after February meeting

OTHER BUSINESS-A special thanks to Tom Thomason and Shawn O' Brien (outgoing VP and President respectively) for all their hard work and dedication over the years. Our league is the strongest it has ever been thanks to their leadership and guidance as well as all of you who work hard to make this one of the most respected leagues on the West Coast. On a
personal note, as a new member of the board, I would like to thank all those who helped make this a very special year for myself and the Knights especially Greg Pardee and Ed Rafferty, my fellow Bellevue residents. They, along with Shawn and Tom, were very instrumental in helping me turn our program around with their patience and guidance of me. I can never thank
them enough and we will miss them (except for Ed who is staying) greatly. Take Care and Good luck!!! I look forward to working with John and Mike to continue what we have built.
